Additionally, for reservations made with advance payment, our hotel is unable to issue qualified invoices. Qualified invoices can only be issued by the hotel if payment is made on-site.

If you require a qualified invoice for your stay and plan to pay in advance, please make your reservation via our official website or through a domestic booking site that supports the Japanese Qualified Invoice System (such as Rakuten Travel or Jalan).
For qualified invoices related to advance payment, please contact the booking site directly.
