  • Is it possible to enter the room before the check-in time?

    Our check-in time is from 03:00PM. We keep your luggage at our front desk if you arrive early. However, you will not get your key until 03:00PM.

  • Do you accept late check-outs?

    Our check-out is at 10:00AM. You may extend this time at an additional charge, charged hourly, maximum until 12:00PM. Please inform us in advance if you would like a late check-out.

  • What time do I need to check in by?

    Generally please check in before 24:00. We appreciate a phone call to let us know if you plan on checking-in after 24:00.

  • Can you keep our luggage after check-out?

    Absolutely. We can hold your luggage at the front, even after you have checked out. However, we have limited space for luggage. We are not able to take your request to keep them longer than your checked-out day.

  • How do I make a reservation?

    You can reserve rooms via our website. Please pay careful attention to “smoking” and “non-smoking” room types.

  • How can I make changes or cancel my reservation?

    Please go through from “confirmation/cancelation which is just under the “reservation” to make your reservation cancel if you booked directly through our website. If you have arranged your reservations through a travel agent, please contact them to make changes.

  • Do you offer any discounts for children?

    There is no charge for children 6 years or younger. Children 7 years and older are charged the same rate as adults.

  • How do I pay for my room?

    Please pay the total amount upon check-in.
    We accept cash (in Japanese yen only) and credit card payments.

  • How can I get to the hotel from Asahikawa airport?

    Please take the bus labeled “To Asahikawa City,” located in front of the Asahikawa Airport. You will need to get off at “Asahikawa Station.” It takes approximately 30 minutes. You will see the hotel to the right of the station when you get off the bus. Please click here for more information.

  • How can I get to the Asahiyama Zoo?

    There are direct buses that go to the zoo every 30 minutes. The bus stop is located just in front of our hotel, on the East side of the station, at the North Entrance. Go to bus stop number 6. It takes about 40 minutes.

  • Can you tell me about the parking situation?

    Please utilize the AEON Asahikawa shopping mall parking lot. Our hotel is in a same building as the AEON mall.
    It does not accommodate vehicles with a height taller than 2.2meters.
    There are two entrances, one is on Miyashita Street and the other is on Showa Street. (Please pay attention that the entrance on Miyasita Street will close at 24:00AM) Please bring a parking ticket upon your check in. Please pay your attention that Asahikawa Station parking is not our contract parking.

  • Can I reserve a parking space?

    It is not necessary to reserve a parking space in advance.

  • How much is it for parking?

    The parking rate is 800YEN per vehicle per night. This rate is valid from 02:00PM on your check-in date until 12:00PM on the day of check out.

  • Do you have free internet service?

    We offer free WIFI and LAN.

  • What are some items I can borrow from the hotel?

    We lend out a variety of items including, but not limited to: blankets, irons, iron boards, and sewing kits. Please note there are a limited number of these items.

  • Can I call an outside line from my room?

    Unfortunately you are not able to make calls outside the hotel. There is a public phone located in the reception area on the 5th floor. The pay phone can only make calls with in Japan, with the exception of Japanese cell phones and international call.

  • Is it possible to use a PC in the hotel?

    Absolutely. Please feel free to bring and use your own laptop. We also have (2) computers available for use in the PC Corner, located on the 5th floor. If you prefer to rent a laptop to use in your room, the cost is 1,100 yen per night. Please bring your ID to reception to check.

  • Can I make copies or send out a FAX?

    Absolutely. We can take care of that for you at the front desk. Please check pricing with us. However, we are not able to send out a FAX oversea.

Service Service

  • Do you have laundry machines?

    Absolutely. We have (4) coin laundries located on the 5th floor. We also offer an outside laundry service.

  • I want to send my luggage ahead of time. Is this possible?

    Absolutely. Please write the name the reservation is under and the day that you will be checking in to the hotel. We do not accept "payment at time of delivery" packages.

    ※ Please contact the hotel in advance to inform us of any packages we should be expecting. Especially, the parcel is delivered under the different name from reservation name.

  • Can the Front Desk send luggage from the hotel for me?

    We can only arrange to send in JAPAN as“payment at time of delivery”. We are not able to send oversea.

  • Does the hotel serve dinner?

    We do not have a dinner service on site. However the hotel is attached to the AEON mall, which has many restaurants.
    There are also lots of restaurants nearby. Please speak to a receptionist for recommendations. In addition, we do allow eating and drinking in the Hotel Lounge Room, located on the 5th floor.

  • Regarding reservations for restaurants and activities

    We do not make reservations. Please make your own reservations.
