Is it possible to enter the room before the check-in time?

Our check-in time is from 03:00PM. We keep your luggage at our front desk if you arrive early. However, you will not get your key until 03:00PM.

Do you accept late check-outs?

Our hotel check out time is normally 10 a.m.. If we receive a request in advance, we can extend the checkout time by about 1 hour for a fee.

What time do I need to check in by?

Generally please check in before 24:00. We appreciate a phone call to let us know if you plan on checking-in after 24:00.

Can you keep our luggage after check-out?

Absolutely. We can hold your luggage at the front, even after you have checked out. However, we have limited space for luggage. We are not able to take your request to keep them longer than your checked-out day.

How do I make a reservation?

From this HP reservation page
You can reserve rooms via our website. We also accept reservations by phone and hotel reservation sites.

How many days prior to my stay is it possible to make a reservation?

Reservations made on our homepage may be made 6 months prior.
Please contact us for reservations outside the Internet reservation time period.

I made a reservation but have not received an email.

There is a possibility that the entered email address contains an error. We are sorry to trouble you, but please contact the hotel directly.

How can I make cancel my reservation?

Please go through from “confirmation/cancelation which is just under the “reservation” to make your reservation cancel if you booked directly through our website. If you have arranged your reservations through a travel agent, please contact them to make changes.

Can I reserve a specific room?

We regret to inform you cannot reserve a specific room. We will try our best to meet your wishes, so please inform us of your request when making your reservation.

Are there any things like cards that provide a discount?

Currently there are not.

Can I bring a pet to my room?

Pets are not allowed. Seeing eye dogs and service dogs are allowed.

I would like to invite a guest and pay for the room in advance.

You will need to come to the hotel in advance to pay or wire the money in advance. For more details, please contact the hotel.

How do I pay for my room?

Please pay the total amount upon your check-in.
We accept cash, credit card, and some electronic money payments.We do not accept gift card or debit card payments.

Is it possible for three or four people to stay in one room?

It is possible for three people to stay in a concept room or large twin room and four people to stay in a premium twin room.

Is there a convenience store nearby?

There is a 7-Eleven in the JR Hakodate Station.

How can I use the parking lot?

Parking spaces in front of the hotel and Hakodate Station Park & Train parking are available.If you use the Hakodate Station Park & Train, please present your parking ticket for validation at the front desk when checking in.

I have a large-size car. Will it fit in the parking lot?

Our parking lot can fit cars up to 2.1m tall, 5.0m long, and 1.8m wide. For larger cars we ask that you make your own parking arrangements.

Membership system

What is a general member?

It is a membership system for individual guests, where reservations made on our hotel homepage are much smoother for guests who join.
There are no annual membership fees or registration fees, so we highly recommend that guests who use our hotel often join.

What is a point card member?

It is a JR Inn shared point card system.
When you make a reservation by phone or JR Inn's homepage and stay with us, you get 2 points for a 1-room, 1-night stay. You will earn 1 point for a 1-room, 1-night stay made through a JR tour.
You can receive cash back from 4 points on.

Accommodation

Do you have free internet service?

All rooms have free internet connections. All rooms also have LAN cables installed.
Things like online games and transmission of large amounts of data may affect other users.
In such cases, we will limit Internet usage.
While we take great care to provide proper security, please understand our hotel will not be liable for any damages arising from Internet use.

Do you have smoking rooms?

All rooms in our hotel are non-smoking rooms. If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking area on the first floor.

Do you have wheelchair-accessible rooms?

We have a universal access room. Please make a request directly to the hotel when making a reservation.

What are some items I can borrow from the hotel?

Items that are lent out at front desk: blanket, iron, ironing board, nail clipper, thermometer, cooling pad, curling iron, etc..
Numbers are limited.

Can I call an outside line from my room?

In order to make check out smooth, outgoing calls cannot be made from rooms.
Please use the public payphone on the first floor.
Incoming calls are allowed.

Is it possible to use a PC in the hotel?

Beside your own computer, our hotel has a computer for you to use freely in the computer corner on the first floor.
However, because of limited numbers, we ask you refrain from using it for extended periods of time.
For guests who would like to use a computer in their room, we provide a rental computer. (¥1000 plus tax for one night, ID required)

Can I make copies or send out a FAX?

Available at front desk for a fee.

From what time can I use the large bath?

The large bath can be used free of charge. Separate large baths are provided for men and women.
They are open 3 p.m. - 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Large baths are only available to hotel guests.

Service

Do you have laundry machines?

Five coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the hotel. Regular laundry service is also provided at the front desk. Items received before 9 a.m. will be returned after 6 p.m..
*There are days when laundry service is not available due to operator circumstances.

I want to send my luggage ahead of time. Is this possible?

Absolutely. Please write your reservation name, reservation number and the day that you will be checking in to the hotel. Payments must be made in advance.

※ Please contact the hotel in advance to inform us of any packages we should be expecting. Especially, the parcel is delivered under the different name from reservation name.

Can the Front Desk send luggage from the hotel for me?

We only handle COD (collect on delivery) packages. We have packaging materials like cardboard boxes.

Can I get a massage?

Massage services are available. Payments are settled in cash in the room. *Massages are not for medical treatment. For more details, please read the information packet located in your room.

Does the hotel serve dinner?

We do not have restaurants for dinner. However, there are many restaurants of various cuisines nearby. For instance, Yayoiken is a casual dining restaurant with direct access to the hotel.
Please refrain from bringing outside food or drinks into the 12th-floor lounge.
